A more in-depth approach to vibroacoustic therapy
Guided Nervous System Transformations
One session gives your nervous system a different experience to reference.
A series gives it somewhere else to live.
Free. Thirty to forty-five minutes, on Zoom. Nothing is decided on it.
What changes when you commit to a series?
Commit to a series of vibroacoustic therapy sessions and something becomes available that a single session can’t reach.
One session is rest. A series is repetition — and a nervous system learns by repetition, the same way it learned the pattern it’s running right now.
The question a series asks is a bigger one:
What happens when your nervous system moves out of the patterns of stress, fear, sadness, tension, and self-denial — and into peace, emotional balance, contentment, self-love, compassionate understanding, and internal safety?
What tends to happen next...
Your perspective changes.
And when perspective changes, it rarely stays contained. You start looking at your work differently. At your relationships, your community, how your week is arranged, what you’ve been agreeing to.
Simply put — you begin to want to move through the world differently.
For some people that’s a series of small adjustments. For others it’s a redesign.
We tell you this in advance because it’s the part nobody warns you about, and because it’s worth wanting rather than worth fearing. This is the actual work. Not an hour of relaxation, but a change in what your body treats as normal — and then a life that slowly reorganizes itself around the new normal.
Who is this for?
A guided journey is for anyone who thrives better with accountability and support in their self-care.
People who spend all their time supporting everyone else benefit from it profoundly — and are usually the last to arrange it for themselves.
And it’s for anyone committed to a deeper sense of peace and emotional balance, or who wants to be sure they’re using vibroacoustic therapy well, consistently, over a long enough stretch to matter.
Who we work with
We work often with wellness practitioners, executive leadership, and first responders. With people navigating a major life transition. And with people in a season of large change, whatever that season happens to be called.
Someone along side you for it
A guided journey gives you someone to support you through it.
Your guide builds a customized protocol for you — vibroacoustic therapy and whichever of our tandem therapies fit your process. They help you track your shifts. They hold you accountable to the goals you set, so that self-care stays something you actually do rather than something you keep meaning to.
And here is the part that matters most:
Our guides are trained to support and reflect with you. Not to influence you, and not to insert their personal beliefs into your process.
That nuance makes all the difference.
What surfaces in your sessions is yours. Your guide’s job is to help you see it clearly and stay with it — never to tell you what it means.

Why I built this
I developed the guided nervous system transformation because I went through it myself, without a guide.
Years ago my body was inflamed and getting worse, and I could track it against my own life — a toxic conversation, a stretch of financial fear, and I would feel it physically within moments. That was the thing that made me pay attention. It also gave me something to work with. I got the vibroacoustic equipment and started composing for nervous system regulation, and the first person it was for was me. That’s what pushed me deeper into composing for the nervous system. I was making the music I needed.
As my system settled, more changed than my sleep. I started seeing things differently. I made some hard decisions. I rearranged parts of my life to match the nervous system I was growing into.
When we opened the Oasis, people came in who I could tell were standing at the beginning of that same thing.
Here’s what I learned: you can do this alone, but you shouldn’t have to. Someone outside your life — neutral, not tangled in it — who witnesses what’s happening, reflects it back, tracks it with you, and tells you what to listen to between sessions makes the whole thing gentler. And faster.
That’s what a guided journey is. It’s also how I train every guide here to hold space. Quietly. Without steering. Without putting themselves into what’s yours.

How it works
Book a consultation call. We talk. You tell us what’s going on and what you’re hoping for.
We build your protocol. Based on your location, your lifestyle, and your financial situation, we develop the NST protocol that suits you best.
We pair you with your guide. Not whoever is available — whoever is best suited to work with you.
You begin.
Why There's no price on this page
That’s not an oversight, and it isn’t a sales tactic where the number appears once you’re on the phone.
It’s because a Guided Nervous System Transformation is built for one person at a time. What it costs depends on how many sessions your protocol actually calls for, whether you’re working at home or coming to the Oasis, where you live, and what your financial situation genuinely allows.
We build the protocol around your life. Not the other way around.
The call is where we figure that out together.
At home or in person
We offer both.
In-person protocols run at the Oasis in Denver. At-home protocols bring the work into your own space, on your own schedule.
Which one is right depends on where you live and how your life is actually arranged. That’s part of what the call is for.
